Delivery & Returns
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Customers will receive a tracking along with a shipping confirmation e-mail once an order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipments will ship same business day if ordered before 12pm EST. We ask that you please only use a secure shipping address. J SHOES is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Please note: At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes and military addresses. Please provide an alternative shipping address at checkout (business or home).
Our mission is to convert you into a lifelong J SHOES fan. We aim to provide you with shoes that are a perfect expression of your taste for quality, comfort and style. If for some reason your recent purchase does not meet those expectations we will gladly accept merchandise that has not been worn, in the condition it was received and in its original packaging free of any charge to you. We have a 30 day return only (NO EXCHANGES) policy from date of purchase.

To receive your refund please make sure the shoes are in their original shape as when received, no signs of wear on the shoes and no damage to the original shoe boxes. Within 3-5 business days upon receipt you will be issued a refund.
